Mounting holes violate design rules
Hello,
I want to add the usual mounting holes to my Arduino shield. I positioned them using a Mega shield I temporarily put underneath my shield (the Mega shield does have markers for the holes). I chose 3.2 mm diameter. Problem: Whenever I check the design rules, the holes are marked with a red rectangle, regardless of their position. What am I doing wrong?

It's a bug in the software--you aren't doing anything wrong.

Should I simply ignore it? Will the PCB be ok?
