electronics made easy
This is the old fritzing discussion forum. Search it for valuable information from 2009 to 2015.
I'm new to electronics and to using Fritzing (which I like very much). I've created my first circuit design and am at the stage where I will export to pcb. Everything checks out OK. However I have one particular item that has given me some concern.
The pcb is double sided with traces on both sides but components only on the top. When I look at the pcb (top) on screen I see some red areas that are annotated CONNECTOR (0) Copper fill. Is there something that I must do in relatiion to these connectors? I intend to make the pcb myself (toner transfer).
If somebody can give me some guidancce here it would be greatly appreciated.
This is just provided in case you want to make a connection to the copper fill - if you hover the mouse over it you'll see the wire spool icon showing that you can click and drag to create a trace to link it to another pad. It won't affect your pcb artwork.
