I've just downloaded the latest version of Fritzing on to my Windows 7 64-bit machine (fritzing.0.9.2b.64.pc.zip).
It launches OK but as soon as I click on any part (it doesn't matter which part) - Fritzing closes with an unexpected error. See the following message is shown when the Debug button is clicked:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in Fritzing.exe .
Launching the Visual Studio debugger shows this message:
Unhandled exception at 0x0000000077A27809 (ntdll.dll) in Fritzing.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x000000001D530E88.
I'm running the 64-bit version on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. This quite fundamental as the program essentially cannot be used.
Just as an update - I've download the 32-bit version and that is working OK. So it's just an issue with the 64-bit version on my Windows 7 64-bit machine.
