attiny45/85 with optiboot

Connection of an attiny45/85 with optiboot to a USB to serial adapter for flashing/upload and serial communication via the Arduino IDE.

This is the connection needed to make use of the serial flashing/upload with the Arduino IDE as enabled by https://github.com/TCWORLD/ATTinyCore.
