Bend sensor to Eobody

Trying to wire a Sparkfun Bend Sensor to an Eobody 1

This is a work in progress. I am attempting to connect a bend sensor from Sparkfun to an Eobody 1. The issue I'm having is while there is a circuit diagram for a resistance to voltage voltage circuit, it requires that the Vref be -5v as I'm trying to get a voltage range from 0 to 5v.
