Best Traffic lights in Fritzing!!!

A very cool traffic light circuit with PCB layout ready!

You need 4 Red LEDs, 4 Green LEDs, and 2 Yellow LEDs. You will also need ten 150- or 220-Ohm resistors. I prepared you a PCB etch pattern so you do not have to do it if you like it permanent. Download the fritzing file because you might not know where the parts go! Have fun doing it!

This does not work for me using an arduino uno. Red yellow green, green flashes, goes yellow and goes back to green, red does not come on. And neither of the pedestrian lights works. Any help?
