The project is designed to control the speed of a DC motor using Arduino and an application for Android smartphone. The speed DC motor is based on PWM control, a main principle is to vary the duty cycle of the voltage signal applied to the motor. The remote control is achieved by a smartphone with Android operating system, which has a GUI (Graphical User Interface) and touch screen. The project uses Bluetooth device for interconnecting mobile device and Arduino controller.
