Fade Between Two LEDs

   Hi, nice, but is this in that way cangeable, that 3 LEDs will fade - every LED will come to her max. point (255) by 120 degree offset (3 x 120 degree = 1 complete revolution from an motor). And; how can avoid the "delay", because delay is blocking the rest of the code (if there is more code...) And; how can drive up the frequenz at least to about 50 Hz? Thanks
