A circuit using Seeeduino WIFI Bee and a relay board to control whatever can be with IR or relay

To control my air conditioning system I needed a relay over WIFI (radio frequencies at 434Mhz are not reliable enough). I bought a Seeeduino WIFI Bee, which pins aren't exactly the usual XBee model (hence the custom component, quick and dirty, sorry about that). It uses an IR LED to send orders to the air confitioning system, the relay will be used to control an ultrasonic air humidifier through the relay when the humidity falls too low in the room.
