Metal Detector

Now, where did I bury that padlock?

Features 3 red LEDs to let you see you have found metallic object(s), a blue LED to let you know it's on, a piezo to let you hear metal that was detected, a rheostat* so you can adjust the sensitivity, a battery test button (so you know your battery is good or your reed switch is close enough), and a power switch.

YOU WILL NEED:

AA BATTERY: 2

RED LED : 1-10

REED SWITCH : 1

INDUCTOR : 7

ANY SPST SWITCH : 1

ANY SPDT SWITCH : 1

BLUE LED : 1

PIEZO SPEAKER : 1

*POTENTIOMETER : 1

LARGE BREADBOARD : 1

WIRE : 11

I WILL POST IN A COMMENT HOW TO BUILD.

Maybe.
