Make a programable interface to the various sensors on the bike, like throttle position and crank speed to use those values to add extra fuel in certain conditions, for example, or to control a supercharger shaft speed.

Adafruit Trinket 5v

Arduino Mini with headers

2 trim pots

wire

This is a test bed to prove the code will apply gain corrections  to servo postion values,  based on a lookup, 2D Array on the Trinket.

 

The Micro is used as a square wave signal source to simulate the crank speed hall effect sensor output, and is adusted by trimpot R2.

 

R1 simulartes the Throttle Postions sensor, anaolog of 5v.

I will need to see what the bike actually produces for the crank speed signal. It might be more like a sine wave than a square wave. It may not be a hall sensor.
