This is a breakout board for the SKRM Reverb unit from Experimental Noize. Let you use a rotary switch to select the different reverb programs.

All you need is a 74HC148, a 10k resistor network, a 0.1uF capacitor, an 8-position rotary switch and the SKRM board. Voila you have Reverb. If you are going to use the SKRM as a stand-alone unit, you might want a buffer op-amp on the input.
