The ultimate all in one SIO peripheral.

The goal is to create a low cost ultimate SIO device. To get an SIO device for the 8 bit Atari that replaces the 850 interface, and provides emulation of the drives, printers, and comm ports.

Parts needed:

1) Adafruit HUZZAH ESP8266 Breakout : PRODUCT ID: 2471

2) 4-channel I2C-safe Bi-directional Logic Level Converter - BSS138

PRODUCT ID: 757

A github repo will be created for the source, with the goal being for all SIO requests, to be handled over WIFI. The drive access will be from an ftp server, there will be lan based printer access, and "uart" telnet access.

The SIO connector is a poor mans SIO connector, given that the real connector is hard to source, Holes are provided in case a cable option is wanted.

Please note, this is my first version, and I gave some slack to the width (1mm), so careful upon insertion. I have not tested or debugged it myself, since I am also submitting the PCB for fabrication.
