Allows multiple PCBs in one sketch, and other additions mostly for PCB view

  • drag-and-drop from desktop onto Fritzing window will open fritzing files

    • Fritzing now supports multiple pcbs in a single sketch

    • pcb "stickiness" is now a setting (i.e. whether parts on a pcb stay in place or follow along when a pcb is dragged)
