Spin fan(s) depending on the measured temperature.

Measure the temperature using LM35 sensor.

Arduino nano or ProMini then creates PWM signal to drive PC fans.  Gradual adjustment of fan speed is used.  ULN2003 darlington array is used to drive the load.
