Arduino as ISP for digispark

Hopeful allows an arduino uno to program a digispark Attiny85 based microcontroller development board

install the attached arduino code into the uno, connect all the wires and this should then enable you to upload sketches to the digispark via the arduino uno with the board selected ATtiny85 and Programmer set to Arduino as ISP.
