Arduino Mosfet Board

A small daughter board to control 4 Mosfets from Arduino or RPi outputs.

This is a very simple, small repetitve design.

All resistors are 10k

Mosfets are FQP27P06

Transistors are 2N3904

Trace size should allow switching of up to 5amps per mosfet, based on 12v. The traces from the terminal to the Mosfet are on top and underneath the PCB it increase overal thickness.

If you require a diode to protect the circuit from motor or similar external device, move the connectors and bridge it above the mosfets.
