http://IP/temp : Show current temperature from DS18B20 sensors

http://IP/confort:  Heater confor mode
http://IP/eco: Heater ECO mode 
http://IP/hors-gel: Heater hors-gel mode
http://IP/APMode: AP Mode to edit settings
http://IP/reboot: Reboot le module
