Player versus machine rock-paper-scissors

This circuit is meant to replicate the game Rock-Paper-Scissors. The slide potentiometer controls one set of 3 LEDs, each of which represents rock, paper and scissors. Sliding the potentiometer to the respective LED let's the player select their move. Meanwhile, the other set of 3 LEDs blinks 3 times followed by a random LED to play it's move. Based on the results, a sound is played to indicate tie, win or loss.
