Fritzing

TEENSY 3.1 used to configure DIPSY with custom Hardware description.  

The build should be self explanaing from the Fritzing sketch. TEENSY downloader sketch from Github would configure DIPSY to blink the RGB LED's to signal that all system are GO for future hacking and fun.
