Raspberry Pi is running Raspbian and installed with Flashrom 0.98 and enabled SPI.

A SparkFun Breadboard Power Supply Stick - 5V/3.3V PRT-13032 would provide 1.8V supply for the Winbond W25Q64.W chip.

A SparkFun Logic Level Converter - Bi-Directional

BOB-12009 would convert the signals from Raspberry Pi from 3.3V to 1.8V

A Ponoma 8 pin SOIC clip is used to conduct in system flashing on the Winbond chip on the tablet.
