Circuit to play pong on a VGA monitor

connect circuit according to diagram, and then attach the labeled pins on the top of the diagram to the pins in a VGA cable that correspond

 

Put the file TimerHelpers.h into a folder named TimerHelpers and then put it in the libraries folder of Arduino
