The tag '8 led' is only used once. This is the project:

My 1st try at Fritzing. Not sure if the circuit works but it looks like it will. I made one similar on protoboard with 12 LED's to jumper into my Arduino board. Saves time by having the Resistors and LED's on a board ready to go.

I just need to make one to test it. But it should work.
