The tag 'digital line sensor' is only used once. This is the project:

It is used for Line Follower robots. It uses LM393 Comparator, IR Led and a photo diode.
Red Color wire must be connected to 5v
Blue Color wire must be connected to Digital Pin
Black Color wire must be connected to Ground
