Circuitry for an escape room box that activates a solenoid to open a hidden drawer, along with lasers and LED to give additional clues to later parts of the puzzle.

This circuitry is intended to be housed in the lid of a wooden box with a spring-loaded hidden drawer. The solenoid pops the drawer open and reveals a clue hidden inside. The lasers, built on a seperate board and connected to the box via a cable, are mounted on directional mounts and can be aimed at the wall to point out clues. The LED lights are intended to illminate an acetate window in the lid of the box to reveal the message "LIGHTS OUT", indicating that the players should turn off the lights in the room to aid in noticing the lasers.
