new shield for Galileo, centering LCD over board

This is a shield for Galileo, centering a 16x2 LCD over the board. It includes a SCL, SDA, VCC, GND header so one can connect it to a RJ45 port, and a 2 pin header for a FSR (VCC, and Analog0 pins).
